I'll just jump in my time machine, go back to the twelfth century, and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophesy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

There was a mysterious high-pitched squeal, and the cat just ran from the room! EEEEEEEEE John!

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

See that's all I knew was the phone call....but I'm a little surprised they spoiled everyone with the preview for next week.

With that said...JOHN!!!1!

eta: Now I guess the CTV interview with Jensen is safe.

I'm still bouncing over the John news--they probably figured they couldn't keep it secret another week. EeeeeE!

That said, I have to exhale in relief that the scene with Sammy screaming "Letmeoutletmeout, ohgodletmeOUT!" wasn't actually in tonight's show. Just watching it on the CW site made my heart hurt. Yeah, you can beat up Winchesters all you want, but no way should Sam EVER scream like that.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I've got to say that, though I really enjoyed it, I'm almost a little disappointed that it wasn't more scary! I mean, there were a couple of "ooh, booga booga!" moments, but even the birthday scene wasn't really that creepy.

I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I was really worried from the clips on the website that they couldn't carry the humour. The serious was also unexpectedly good. I guess my expectations were so low that I just had a good time.

However, my expectations based completely on the preview shown is so freakin' high for next week.
