I miss Oz. He'd get it. He wouldn't say anything, but he'd get it.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I'm pretty sure Derelict Greenhouse would have been considered a romantic location for a First Goth Date, and somewhat more creative than Abandoned Graveyard.

But Abandoned Graveyard is a classic! Messing with tradition is Bad!

(But yeah, I had the same thoughts as Plei, because my first reaction was "Derelict greenhouse and picnic! Neat!")

Art Crawl!!!

But Derelict Greenhouse that is miles away from anywhere?

I was imagining coming across it on a hiking date or possibly while out dog training, or maybe on a trail ride.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I want to know, Who is abandoning these graveyards? (Actually, we don't have abandoned graveyards where I live, because, your abandoned graveyard is somebody's condo development.)

Anybody wanting to take me on a first date anywhere where it's dark and there are no other people in screaming distance qualifies as Serial Killer in my book. Tenth date, and you want to screw ontop some famous person's grave-marker, whatev, go ahead, but I like my first dates to occur in well-lit, well-populated locations.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

To be fair, in my experience, which I *realize* is not the norm, due to it being mostly, umm, in college, the first date almost always took place after the first hookup. (And pre-hookup, peeps were generally Someone You Hung With Anyway.)

(I mean, I had a few dates that didn't formalize a pre-existing nookie connection. Of course, those never went beyond third base. And Paul and I never really dated. We just sort of eased into a relationship after a few weeks of making out after our regular Tuesday Diplomacy games. College = Not Real Life.)

Yep, this. One of the "first date" type dates I ever went on was meeting up with a photographer and modeling for him at a local cemetary.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Theater = Also Not Real Life. (Which is to say, this was and is my norm.)

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Something I just thought of on the horror movies... maybe they're both fulfilling contracts? It's hard to say without checking out who makes what movies.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Somewhere I know Dean is making Sam watch the Jayhawks play this championship game. Probably at a bar, but maybe with a six-pack in their hotel room. Sam is tolerating Dean because after going to Stanford, Sam isn't as invested as Dean in all things Lawrence. Whenever Dean isn't looking though, the disinterested mask falls from Sam's face and he is mighty worried about the threat of Memphis. Dean discovered it however when Sam just errupted with a "YES!" as Aldrich came into the game. At least in my fanfic, the demons would choose well to strike tonight while Dean is so distracted and the Brothers Winchester are bonding.

Rock Chalk Jayhawk! KU!

::appreciates Morgana and gladly accepts munchies::

But somewhere you can hear Dean say his patented, "Sonuvabitch!"

I'm watching through my fingers.

If you click on the song just below and past the "y" in KansasCity.com, but before the star that serves for the dot in KansasCity.com, you can hear the eerie Rock Chalk Chant. Kripke seriously needs to incorporate that into a show. I dare anyone that has been in the field house for the first time when that is done, not to be freaked the fuck out. [link]
