He's been wearing that red-gold band on his right hand since they vacationed in Hawaii in August. An interviewer said, "So, you and Sandy got married in Hawaii!" and JP fell all over himself denying it. His ring's been referred to a as a promise ring. I do not know what that mess of white stones on Sandy's ring finger is all about but this is the first time the band has been seen on JP's left hand.

Actually, I saw an awesome tattoo this weekend - she's gotten very intricate and delicate blackwork that outlined the bottom of her shoulderblades. It was cool.

(I have not seen the infamous tattoo episode yet, but even when I do I will spare you all my rant about how symbols of protection wouldn't work very well as tattoos. See how much I love you?)
