Supernatural 1: Saving People, Hunting Things - the Family Business
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Thanks Beverly!
A friend just emailed me this re: the CW:
The network is requesting five or six episodes each of "Smallville," "One Tree Hill," "Supernatural" and freshmen "Gossip Girl" and "Reaper." ("Gossip" had received a full-season order, while "Reaper" hadn't). As for "Life Is Wild," the network is not planning to request any more episodes, and the freshman family drama is not expected to return.

I'll miss seeing the elephants but it didn't have much other going for it.

Go Six! Choose Six!
i really do ♥ him
Me too. Really.
If FNL doesn't return, could we get Jessica back? I mean, the Impala survived an impossible crash--so that makes anything possible, right?
Let's see, with "Dream a Little Dream of Me" they've aired 10 episodes this season. There are 2 more scheduled. If they manage to fit in another 6 (she says, hopefully) that would give us 18 episodes. It's not a full season, but it's not too far off. Not as bad as it could have been, anyway.
I think they'd get the arcy episodes in and leave out the stand-a-lones.

Let's hope. Want my arc-y goodness.
Boys in Vancouver soon! Filming again!

From Ask Ausiello:
Question: In light of your news that Supernatural will produce four or five additional episodes this season (woo-hoo!), does this mean that Reaper is no longer taking over its Thursday/ 9 pm/ET time slot? — Brooke
Ausiello: A CW spokesperson tells me that the network is "proceeding with our plan to run Reaper encores behind Smallville encores [beginning Feb. 28]. Supernatural originals will return in April." In what time slot it'll return is undecided at this moment, but the rep insists everyone at the CW "loves Supernatural and it shall return!" BTW, two more pre-strike Supernaturals remain. The first one airs tomorrow, second one next Thursday. Tell your friends!
Wait, Crudup left Parker for Claire Danes while she was pregnant yet she ended up naming the kid after him?!?
