I had a teeth-falling-out nightmare last night. I attributed it to my recent dental work, but maybe I was somehow tuned into the SPN frequency. Very weird.

It sure made me cringe.
One of the local morning radio shows had a dream analyst on this morning. She said dreams of teeth falling out have to do with a person knowing they have to communicate better.

this was a fabulous episode. teeth falling out and maggots notwithstanding.
even as Ruby is telling him there's no saving himself, Dean has hope. hope that he'll be like Ruby and not forget his humanity.

Good thing I missed the teeth-falling-out, huh? Cuz that's a recurring nightmare for me (I grind my teeth in my sleep, so the pain I feel in my dreams is real).
The ep seemed good up until the demon revealed herself and started winking and curling her lips way too much. And the fight made wish like hell that Ruby had her hair in a ponytail. Good for the stunt double, not so good for my respect for Ruby.
And then the revelation that Ruby was once a witch, and I was left thinking "that was the horrid amazing jaw-dropping backstory they were holding out on? Puh-leeze." And then they pulled the "I remember what it was like to be human/that part of you burns away after a time" and I was pleased. I just wish that Ruby hadn't said "I dun no y I'm so speshul an difrent" cuz it ruined the revelation to Dean for me.
