The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I prefer to think that Ava was driven mad in her efforts to survive rather than that she just went evil.

I think that's how it started. Plus, I would imagine that the YED was hella good at playing the kind of mind games that would dig in and twist any pre-existing tendencies that he liked.

But once she got some of those powers, couldn't she have escaped? Had she not been mad? Or do you think that having made that first choice she thought she had to go all the way?

Either that, or something about the powers was intoxicating or compelling. (And now I'm thinking about Willow and the Actual Car Crash, which is making me not like my theory so much.)

And they (the fans, that is) were so normal, and not creepy, and brought presents. Bless.

For some reason, I find JP's "I'm gonna sign on your face" to be intensely hilarious.

OK, so, total nerd moment, but, ya know, when am I not?:

So we've talked about SPN radio a time or two, and after some poking tonight, I think I've found the gold standard. Kripke talks about loving classic rock growing up. He grew up in Toledo, OH, where the classic rock station is 104.7 WIOT. And! they have streaming music online! Which you can find here!

eta: OK, so since Nickelback just came on, I'm guessing that they're not all classic all the time. But the vibe is valid, I think, and I was just listening to Rush and .38 Special, so...

Aw, how adorable! Such nice boys, and such nice fans. And no crazy. Plus candy. Awesome. My kind of stalkers.

I saw Samantha Ferris in a movie today and almost didn't recognize her. She was wearing make-up! And fancy clothes!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Jim Beaver (Bobby) has a bit part on Big Love, and I didn't recognize him at all until I saw his name in the credits, even after two or three episodes.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Dotfic did a hugs picspam broken down by season on LJ today, and reminded me of sargraf's picspam analysis of IMtoD, so I took a look at it again. It may be her masterpiece, although her entries on Faith, Shadow, Something Wicked and Salvation were pretty relevatory, too.

I love it when someone's commentary makes me notice stuff I saw but didn't register.
