Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I see the Karen Allen resemblance.
Totally.

(I did just see this last week, so it's fresh.)
Me too. It's good plague watching material.

And the Impala's got pain. Real pain. I'm glad Sammy bought her a nice Christmas present.

A deemonic virus?

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Better I suppose than a desdemonic virus.

Because books.

I will not get itchy about demons with plenty of chances to kill Sam and Dean, and instead don't. I will not. Promise.

I will also not get itchy about why the demon(s) is apparently trying to kill Sam at every turn, when it turns out later that he's supposed to be the "grand poobah," according to sexy Sin City demon bartender, and Stan YED himself. Makes. No. Sense. To. Me.

I'm going to focus on Dean's angst. And Sam's angst. And Sam's poor raw knuckles above his cast.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I actually think in this one they were trying to see if they could infect him, not kill him.

Otherwise, not getting itchy either.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Sam's nose is locked up, and angry.

Dean's nose is determined.

The Boy Who Won't Get Shot's Nose is terrified. As you should be when Dean's got a gun trained on you.

Because books.

Heh. Noses.

You're right in this case, Lee. But there are other itchy places I try not to go, if I can.

I will concentrate on noses. And Dean's hands. Yes.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I can wank Meg as a wildcard who got pissy when Sam didn't play nice in Scarecrow and then went off the script for Getting Him In Line. Because the rest of them aren't REALLY trying to kill him pre-S3. I mean, Stan tried to wipe out Dean and John, but didn't really hurt Sam. (Sam was the least damaged in the crash, after all.)

The Croatoan infected chica was trying to infect him for the vague test. So that's not TRYING to kill him. It's TESTING him!
