I was just thinking more bare skin. But the tee and scrubs are perfect -- he manages to look both vulnerable and a lot bigger than usual, more solid, than he does when all those layers are all over him.
The lack of jewelry is part of what makes him look vulnerable, I think.

I like the scrubs and T. It's a good look on Dean.
