In his defense, too, he didn't show up and say, "Let's get it on." There was still some patented Dean charm in that "passing through" stuff.
I really think that if a child's birthday party hadn't been going on, he would have been expecting a few beers and another bendy weekend, though.
But Dean doesn't turn "expecting" into pushing his luck, or getting obnoxiously demanding. Not my Dean anyway.
Well no. I don't see him as overbearing or anything. I also don't see him as needing to be, honestly. Just look at him -- I'm sure Dean has women throwing themselves at him all the time.
Edited to add, we've also seen that Dean possesses a wide streak of honor and protectiveness. I never meant to imply that I would suspect him of pushing himself on her.
Oh, Dean with his longing for a "normal" life and his acceptance of the fact that it will never be his. Oh, Sam, so clearly willing to do whatever it takes to save his brother. Oh, lord, I'm flailing.
Oh, lord, I'm flailing.
YAY! ...and why didn't the Paul Gross arms work?
Oh, Dean with his longing for a "normal" life and his acceptance of the fact that it will never be his.
Which is ironic, considering how often he mocks Sam for those same longings.
You have to put a whole bunch of "" to make it work, Beverly.
\\o/
that's 5
You have to do, like four of them in a row \\0/ or something (just the first arm) to get it to print.
I think people frequently mock the things they want the most before they can admit to themselves that they want them.
Keerap. I'll just stick with YaY!
