Fred: It's the pictures in my mind that are getting me. It's like being stuck in a really bad movie with those Clockwork Orange clampy things on my eyeballs. Wesley: Why imagine? Reality's disturbing enough.

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

There are plenty of places where it can be read and discussed without making people we like and respect uncomfortable.

Yes, this. Cass is wise.

I will search LJ until the Russians come to stop me and will speak of it no more (here).

Because books.

No, it was just a story that went around. I ... forget where it came from actually.

God, if there was filmed evidence, I would watch it every day. Gigantor with a glue gun!

Jen, some of us can totally hook you up. ::beams::

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Cass is wise.
Cass is on lj.

And I will send you some recs tonight, if you want.

(Thanks for telling us the mom and baby were okay. Stories like that should always have the "everyone is okay" part clearly visible.)

but until his conversation with Sam at the end, it hadn't even occured to me that he was thinking of himself and how he shouldn't still be alive. Ooof. What a terrible, terrible revelation. And my heart just broke for poor Sam
Welcome to the flail.

Thanks for the offer, Cass, but no rush on the recs. I'm about to go to bed, so I don't think I'll be doing any reading tonight. But I'll take them whenever you have time to send them!

I sent a few *kofftwentykoff* of all kinds. Sort of a Best Of but much, much more random.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Oh Jen, welcome!

...I too am sorrowing that you have skipped S1. The show was definitely finding its feet first season, but there was much world building and backstory and setup for future developments there, and if you must, rent it, as soon as possible. Just...bear with the first four or five eps. They read a little primitive, but they will fall into canon before long.

Did I say welcome?

Suzi? Have you discovered anything new?

Converts, yay! ::mixes up more Kool-Aid. muahaha::

Also, Anne? Want fic! Please?
