Unfortunately "Frisco" is not just a fandom thing. I keep trying to break my Florida relatives of using it.
And S2....OMG....much love.
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.

Nor is it a big deal to get from Palo Alto into the city.
Well, there are all those beaches in the way.
Heh.
Well, there are all those beaches in the way.I kin smell the salt air...
Um....
I seem to recall a certain amount of traffic. ...Actually, have you ever noticed that the Winchesters never get caught in traffic? I mean, they go to big cities, and yet, they never ever sit in traffic spitballing. Why?
In other news, I opened up this past week's New Yorker supplement (called Movies Rock ) and flipped through it desultorily and came across a series of ads, the first of which was the face of some dark-haired callow-looking (and frankly, generic-looking) young fellow who was oddly familiar. Luckily, his name was printed directly below, because it took me a minute to recognize Jeffrey Dean Morgan (promoting that new movie of his). Because they had erased all his wrinkles and made him look 25. It was very.... weird.
Erased all his wrinkles! Scary plastic face! (Ironically, he is sitting in an old black car with his hand on the steering wheel, wearing a dark leather jacket and braided bracelets and a prominent silver ring, so it's even weirder, in symbolism terms.) How do actors' moms not freak out all the time ?

Okay, that's just weird. JDM as Dean!
I bet one of the JDM communities has scans!

Have completed my first S2 viewing.
...
Didn't Dean learn anything about making deals with a demon?
Ok, so much more to say, but just....gah! Must rewatch large sections of this season before my brain can...brain.
After watching Blood Ties, I am convinced that SPN needs to do a mummy episode.

Suzi's hardcore! Mainlining S2! Awesome.
Dean is slow to learn some things when the only things he cares about are threatened, i.e. Dad and Sam. I love watching Crossroads Blues now, knowing what he ends up doing.
To sum up: oh, DEAN.
