Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm a sucker for the pilot, so if I was nostalgic for watching the whole thing set up, I would watch the pilot and Wendigo. Because I can watch that first fight scene. A lot.

Home for that voicemail Dean leaves dad. Which breaks my heart. Everytime. Asylum for the brother interactions and *issues* but I get mad when Sam keeps shooting Dean.

Faith is wonderful because Sam is so gonna save Dean. But then you kinda need to watch Route 666 and I can only do that skipping the Cassie parts. It's really a good ep for me when I do that, for the brotherly stuff.

Dead Man's Blood is just awesome. Vampires. Gets funnier every time.

Oh! And Salvation and Devil's Trap because they are just totally amazing.

Did you really ask me for just two?

Maybe Dead Man's Blood and Devil's Trap. They've got all the Winchesters and are very watchable. I can't choose though!!!

Devil's trap and Dead Man's Blood or the pilot.
I waver for a half hour, Lee just answers with my brain.

These.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Only two? The pilot and Salvation. There's a lotalotalot of mirroring from the pilot that goes on in Salvation, and it helps to have seen it recently. Plus, pilot! And then you can watch JP's screen test on YouTube.

Because books.

Suzi! ONE OF US, ONE OF US...

Heh.

Two S1 episodes? Definitely the pilot. And ... Home, I think. I can't resist Dean's call to John. Dean's unease about Sam's nightmare, which is such great foreshadowing of what's to come. Plus, Mary! Missouri!

That was hard, though! Other top contenders were Asylum, Nightmare, and Dead Man's Blood.
