Jared's solo ones are excellent, he has a real rapport with the audience. (Though there seem to be more of what I call "embarassing con questions" in his...) And the end of the third part has JA coming back in, which is priceless.

I had to tear myself away to go to bed last night. i'll be watching the Jared ones either on my lunch hour or when i get home from work. he's definitely the more amiable of the two with regards to the crowd.
The boys faces during the letter and coin presentation was really special. Genuine appreciation.
she agrees that the boys are adorkable
When did Jared start doing the Paul Gross arms? I just watch him with a smile on my face thinking, "you great big loveable goof".
Okay, this goes way back in the thread,
but regarding the discussion about Dean's attitude being so cavalier about dying, I think we are seeing a bluff as well. At the end of last episode when Sam is trying to get him to talk and he just says, "I'll think I'll play craps", I've seen that facial expression before. It was at a gas station in "Home" right before he walked around the side of the building and then called his Dad.
The boy is scared. But being big brother always comes first.

Plus, he trust Sam to save him. And does not want to endanger Sam by doing anything that could count as help or encouragement.
just finished Jared's panel. i really do adore him. i wish Sam was a bit more like him, actually. seriously adorable.
Wow, do I feel out of the fannish loop. I was pretty bored for much of that, and the tux-related humor left me flat. The Gert-related humor was too close to agism + misogyny to make me laugh, either.
Plus yet another Meaningful Conversation in the car? Really?
OTOH, I liked the reveal that Bela's got an interesting backstory. And that Sam was unreservedly distrustful and nasty to her the entire time. Sam's really not in a higher moral position at the moment, and it shows.
Next week makes me happy, though.
Oh, and I think the destruction/resolution of the two warring brother spirits was a clunky attempt at foreshadowing the season ender.

Oh. Well, I didn't pick up on that. If that was clunky, I'm dumb.
I was not in love with this ep either, Consuela, for some of the same reasons.
OTOH, I liked the reveal that Bela's got an interesting backstory.I'm just *hoping* it's interesting.
I really am not feeling the Bela love yet. I wish I did.
