How did your brain even learn human speech? I'm just so curious.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

even if it was indeed meh

but a meh episode is still very enjoyable. SPN is on its own continuum scale with parameters yet to be defined.

Art Crawl!!!

I found alot to enjoy in this episode. It actually made me very happy.

So, what does Kripke know anyway.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

1) How Mary knew the YED 2) The significance of Dean's amulet 3) Why Dean's eyes bled in Bloody Mary

OTOH if Kripke really wants to see meh, he should watch Moonlight. It aspires to someday improve to meh.

eta: I just thought of another thing Kripke knows--if Lisa lied.

Why Dean's eyes bled in Bloody Mary

I love that they called absolutely no attention to this in the episode. I really hope they call back to it. If they ever show that scene in a previouslies, you'll be able to hear the squee of delight.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Refresh my memory?

P-C, Bloody Mary only went after those people that were responsible for an innocent's death. Even if it wasn't their fault, but they felt guilty (as in the girl's case where her boyfriend committed suicide), Bloody Mary could kill them. The first obvious physical sign of this happening to someone when BM attacked was the bleeding from the eyes.

During the final confrontation with BM, Sam's eyes are bleeding. The point has been made that he feels guilty over Jessica's death. Dean's eyes start bleeding before Bloody Mary is destroyed but we are never told what or who he feels guilty about killing. And like Anne said, it is never addressed.

Kripke has said, when asked, this was on purpose. There is something we don't yet know about Dean. Who knows if they will follow through.

Someone else may have more details.

Because books.

I had forgotten all about that. It's been a while since I watched Bloody Mary (which I clearly should do right *now*).

The plot point that makes me squee even more is what Kripke said about finally explaining the significance of Dean's amulet.

Oh, yes. At this point, though, my worry is that whatever explanation they give would be anti-climactic, given all the fan spec.

If the amulet factors into saving Dean's life, I will send Kripke a fruit basket.

The funniest thing is that I haven't given it much thought. I've been kind of saving it, you know, so whatever story they tell will be a surprise.

Yes!

Although, honestly, we should send him a big basket of mullet rock cassettes and pie.
