Every planet has its own weird customs. About a year before we met, I spent six weeks on a moon where the principal form of recreation was juggling geese. My hand to God. Baby geese. Goslings. They were juggled.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Oh, of course we are! Honest!

But dude, I totally need to BEG Henry to do a metal cover of Trouble with his band. Shit. I wonder if I could pay him to do it all unofficial and on the sly like...

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

A friend of mine talked to Kripke at the rally.

He wasn't a big fan of last night's ep. He gives it a B minus. LOL. (I have not seen it yet.) He said he had problems with the direction and that the script could have been better.

I feel so validated.

He said next week's episode is AWESOME. (I think he used a more exciting adjective but I was so amazed to even be talking to him that my brain sometimes was too busy freaking out to imprint new memories.)

Eeeeee.

Another account of the meeting.

And he said that the last episode, "the one that aired last night was mehhh," he said, tilting his hand from side to side. "For a grade, I give it about a... B, B-. You can even tell your friends that, I said it was mehhhhhh."

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

Can someone translate?

My sarcasm didn't translate. The boys are just so much fun to watch. I do feel sorry for the actors that they work such long hours. But the selfish part needs them in every shot.

Yes. This. They are--well, Ackles confessedly is, anyway--aware that their audience is 30-50 year old females. HowEVer, TPTB covet 18-30 yo males, and attempt to market to them, because they believe they impulse spend the most.

Heh. Jensen (and Jared) for that matter would have to be pretty blind not to realize his fan base after the cons and the play this summer. I wonder if that is why they went exteme on the older age so they didn't target us too severely. TPTB, however, have no excuse. Wake up people. I'm reminded of the car incident in "Fried Green Tomatoes". The young girl says, "Face it. I'm younger and faster." Kathy Bates says after ramming the girls car, "I'm older and have more insurance." We are willing to spend our money. Auction off a lunch with Kripke or the boys and just see how much gets raised.

"You can even tell your friends that, I said it was mehhhhhh."

I am so full of geeky love. I like that he thinks next week is awesome. That makes me even more excited to watch and I don't even remember the previews atm. I also love to hear that SPN fans did something for the strike. Do you have a link to anything else they are doing, because I would totally contribute. Solidarity!

tiggy, that picture was great. I'm afraid if it was up at work though, I would kiss it each time I walked by it.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

SPN WGA supportbanners. I'm not sure about mixing "you can't take the sky" with SPN, but their heart is in the right place and all that. I do like the "they can't act a blank page" one. Right now I made a banner on my LJ that is a screen test pattern . with WGA STRIKE on it linking to WGA.org.

Still looking to see if SPN fans as a group are doing anything.
