Because books.

Seriously.

And this day is way too full of Monday as it is.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

It really was a Monday of a Monday. Blech.

Art Crawl!!!

Over at TWOP, they're comparing Bela more to Lilah than Gwen. Wouldn't it rock if she were a Lilah-sort of character?

Maybe Gwen didn't work on Angel because they already had Lilah.

I don't think Gwen was much like Lilah, really. Lilah wanted perks and was in it for herself, but she also wanted the protection of the senior partners, to be teacher's pet. She was a company girl all the way.

Gwen was very much a loner. I think Bela is, too.

Definitely. I see Bela as more of a lone wolf, in it purely for herself.

Art Crawl!!!

I think that they're more looking at the quality of evil in Lilah rather than her company man-ness.

I don't know. I'm not getting pure eeeevil from Bela yet. I think she knew that shooting Sam in the shoulder would get the desired result from Dean.

That said, if it didn't? She probably would have taken it further. Still seems less evil-malicious than evil-pragmatic.

Art Crawl!!!

But wasn't Lilah evil-pragmatic? She selfishly wanted to get ahead and didn't worry about how she did it.
