Man, Simon Says is an episode that gets better every time I watch it. I love any juxtaposition of siblings (brothers especially) against our boys.
I'd rather stay home and watch television. It's often funnier than killing stuff.

Ailleann, I am trying to be cautiously optimistic, out of sheer bloodymindedness on my own part. And despite the evidence in Lum and Sisabet's "Women's Work", it remains true that we did get women characters with agency in season 2--Detective Ballard, Ellen, and Jo; as well as Sarah, Cassie, and fabulous Kathleen Hudak in season 1. So, I have issues, but on the front of individual characterization, I think we have a good shot at getting interesting complicated women who aren't just there for eye-candy.
Which is not to say that they're not gonna be eye-candy, because they absolutely will, it's CW and they have a demographic to appeal to. I'd have given good money for one of them to be something other than white, but please god just make them smart and interesting.

Suela, there's definitely eyecandy on the show... I mean, have you SEEN those boys? From what little I know about pre-S2 spoilers, a lot of the hullabaloo is similar to what went around about Jo, and we see how that turned out.
I just don't want them to fill time with any characters (male or female) for no reason.
To be perfectly honest, I have few predictions as to how the new season will go, and I'm really excited to see what the next chapter is.

I think he has to have let some of that go, because otherwise he's gotta live with the "I almost beat my own brother to death."But in his body and I expected a whole hell of a lot more guilt given he was awake for a lot of it. More for trying to kill and torturing Dean (Again! Stop with the trying to kill Dean.) even than the hunter who did die. The wolf "possessed" Madison and she didn't control it or remember it, but it was still her killing people. I expect more from the Winchester Guilt Complex.

Watching eps with me brings a pretty steady refrain of me yelling at the show to stop with the killing Dean.
Even Sam can only angst so much at once.He needs a better angst training regime. Perhaps more cardio.
