I don't think I really have those lists in an easily accessible place anymore, and they were mostly very old anyway. I can try to find them, but it would take me a while.

I am also doing a collection thing. Email me at my profile addy if you would like to know more, would like to contribute, or would like to email me for some other, unrelated reason.
My profile addy is also my Paypal address, so you can just contribute blindly without knowing the details, if you like that sort of thing, which I don't necessarily recommend. (Sorry for the cryptic...I'm trying to keep the giftee in the dark for the moment. We'll see how long I'm able to sustain that.)
