Our annual delurking and positioning thread, to be opened each October 1 and closed each October 31, where everyone is encouraged to stop by, lurkers and regular posters alike, and say a little bit about themselves so we can learn about the people we don't post with, or the people who read but don't post. Also, people are encouraged in that month to enter or update the location field in their profile, with the note that they can be as vague as their country or as specific as their street address, with the options in between of state, province, zip code, city, and the like--whatever feels comfortable

It's hilarious to me. I was actually glad there was a dissenting vote, because otherwise, we wouldn't be Buffistas, if we'd managed to actually consense on something. I mean, we can't ever be unanimous! The world would collapse into the hellmouth or something!
Anyway, it wasn't me. The hellmouth probably wouldn't be that bad this time of year as it has apparently frozen over, since this makes the second thread I've voted for.
I'm sure it was someone that knew it was a landslide and just wanted to say no because they never do and needed practice. But it wasn't me either. Well done Lone No.
