So did I misunderstand what was going on here? I spent something like an hour getting a list together of all the shows mentioned in Procedurals but it's just sitting in there like a hairball. I thought that was what being asked of the participants? Did I just waste my time on that?

Did you post in Procedurals? I don't generally read that thread. The plan was that thread participants would consense on lists in-thread and then post the final edits to Bureaucracy.
For some reason, this post Hil R. "Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed." Apr 28, 2009 3:34:32 pm PDT shows as being marked, even though it doesn't show up in my bookmarks, nor can I unmark it. Don't know if it's happening for anyone else, it doesn't appear to affect anything adversely, it's just odd.
Can you enter that into the PhP Bugtracker? I don;t see anything interesting the first time round.
