I'm pretty sure Amazon claimed the first link was OK, but I get suspicious when it resolves away the affiliate ID. So, I don't know. But thanks for trying! We get money from Amazon every month.
Actually, if someone could keep track of what they bought using what link, I could, theoretically, check to see if we got credit for it.

I tried to set up a bunch at some point, but for the most part, they didn't accept us as affiliates. It seems like if I'm not going to be aggressive about posting links and making people use them, it's probably not worth the hassle (to me).
