I'm pretty sure the thread order is automatic by thread creation date. B'craxy used to be higher up in the top sidebar before it rolled over.
Adding an "ORDER BY thread_id DESC" to that query would pretty much ensure that COMMn will always be at the top because I doubt Nillytown and Mejiaville will ever hit 10k posts and Archives will always be at the bottom because it's just a link to a directory, not a thread.

No need for that. I can change the order in the database, and just have. I didn't realise anyone cared.
hooray! thank-you. It's just a silly little thing related to how far I need to scroll down to see if there are new posts. I'm glad it was a simple change.
Thanks ita. I'm all 'change is good!' But I have to confess that COMM being in 'the wrong place' effected me so much I was embarrassed to mention it. So, cheers to the mentioners and the mighty coder for fixing that all for
meeee.
It's nice having it at the top of that section, because when the b.org window comes up on my screen, COMM shows up nicely just below that red title bar.
Let the Jossverse thread naming begin.
