Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I'm also starting to see the charm of "Undo it, Undo it" as undoing Bush's crap seems to be a theme of Mr. Obama's early days in office.

Our wings are not tired.

"Undo it" always brings a smile to my face. If not this time we should use it for the thread that runs over Thanksgiving.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

It was a notion of honoring both Obama and Spike at the same time.

Obama is the 44th President.

Oh! Thread 44; 44th POTUS. Got it. Not enough caffeine.

(I'm wildly pro-Obama, but I -- personally -- think it's weird to try to link an Obama-ism with a character-specific thread title just because the thread number happens to correspond with the new president's place in line. And because there's no link between a fictional character and a RL POTUS who was elected years after the show ended.

I mean, I love Obama, but not everything is about him. [Yet.] But a thread name I find weird is not exactly going to ruin my b.org experience.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I like Undo It.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I like the idea of using a change quote for 44, since it seems a little kismet, but I don't think that we should force it if doesn't work.

Since 2008 was so bad for so many Bitches, and Obama pushing change in a big way, I'd say change is needed. Either way, it's just a thread title. It's the content I subscribe for.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I like the change notion, and jumping on a number that coincides without necessarily being related is hardly breaking new territory around here. It's not a huge issue if we don't, but I think there's plenty of reason to (also what Omnis says about change in general).

OTOH, Undo It strikes me really wrongly for this one, given that the 44 connection is out there.

this is a first for me. Must be a slow day at work. So? Do we need to ask for the new thread to be created? Or was the lull in Bitches board wide, and everyone is working? How is it that I'm not? These are crazy times we live in.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

See, I was thinking there's a bunch for Obama to "undo".
