Riley: Oh, yeah. Sorry 'bout last time. Heard I missed out on some fun. Xander: Oh yeah, fun was had. Also frolic, merriment and near-death hijinks.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

It's not dead, there are Buffy and Angel comics currently in production (with Joss himself writing some arcs of the former). And Firefly specials still come out once in a blue moon.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

but the comics discussion goes in OM, not B/A.

Maybe we should leave off discussing where totally non-Jossverse, extended, OM (that's not comics) discussion should go until such a creature is more than hypothetical.

Like if a webcam channel was a recurring subject in Natter for a hundred or so posts spread over 6+ weeks?

And if that doesn't meet your definition... there's a chicken/egg issue. If I read this right, you'll only figure out where such a conversation goes when it already exists, but there appears to be some agreement that it's imposible to have that kind of long-term intensive conversation in Natter, so of course there aren't any examples of that happening.

Again, I don't object to the conversation about The Guild happening wherever it happens. I guess I object to the implication that it should be easy to figure out what goes where. If we're agreed that it's confusing and Byzantine, and that's Just The Way It is... fair enough.

No, I meant when the TN-JEOM(TNC) topic exists, not when the TN-JEOM(TNC) discussion exists. Assuming The Guild is JEOM. Sorry for the confusion.

I agree. It is, and it is.

What is even happening?

The OM thread is for other media and it's no longer confined to the Jossverse, so I'm really confused by this conversation since about Brenda's post on.

Cindy, my impression was that it was unclear whether OM had been opened up as de facto thread for all other media, because the new, broader slug line may have been only supposed to reflect its metamorphosis from OM Jossversian thread, to OM Josversian thread plus general comics thread.

If I'm wrong and this thing needs no discussion, feel free to disregard my suggestion to not discuss it.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

it's confusing and Byzantine, and that's Just The Way It is.

Sounds like a thread title to me.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

For the next Music thread title, I vote for "Buffista Music IV: Excuse me! Would you mind stopping that damn noise?"
