OK, I applied, but I wouldn't be surprised if we get turned down, since one of the possible reasons they cite is "Site is not relevant to Zappos services and/or products," and although we know how we feel about shoes in general and Zappos in particular, they may not be able to tell.

I think I saw him on tv saying that someday he hopes people won't even associate Zappos.com with the shoes. They are concentrating on being the best in customer service in everything. Looked like a fun place to work.
