Fred: So you don't worry that it's possible for someone to send out a biological or electronic trigger that effectively overrides your own sense of ideals and values and replaces them with an alternative coercive agenda that reduces you to a mindless meat puppet? Shopkeeper: Wow. People used to think that I was paranoid.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

As long as you haven't unsubbed, a link at the end of the thread will pop up in Read New.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Well, if one gets put in. I think that was Nutty's problem.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I did not know that, makes sense. I always just refresh home.

I do, but not exclusively, esp. if trying to pick up a thread I can't sub to.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Some people may not use the home page.

finger + nose = bell!

Though if a new thread were missing, it's the first place I'd look.

I.... just took 45 minutes to remember that fact. (Actually where I looked was in Set Profile.)

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I did the same thing nutty did, except I eventually did look on the home page, she said sheepishly, so I am glad for the link!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Sorry, Nutty, I usually put in a link when I create a thread, but got all work busy.

OK, just so you know, I'm rolling my eyes at myself.

Could a stompy please change my name to majipen? Just for a little while... because sometimes you're showing a cool blurb about a book in a magazine to one person, and then another nosy person comes along, and, well, what can you do? It's not even like I post anything worthy of anyone snooping, it's just... some people, I don't want up in my business, as it were, no matter how boring that business is. And this person is a total snooper! And the blurb lists our web address. Oy. People (myself included).

Thanks.
