Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I see a flaw in your nefarious plan, paperdol. How will you know when he's changed his will? Be a shame to kill and eat him and still not get a pony.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I think my only reason for delurking was that it was the final season of Buffy (or was about to be), time was running out. Stayed in the show threads for a long time, though. Maybe a year.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I'm still not in the will. I ask from time to time.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Lurkers never fall. They're supported in email.

Somewhere I think I have my first posts. God, I was obnoxious. There's a COMM somewhere where I think I re-delurked, because I know I left for a lot of the WX era because I hated the interface. I know I hit TT in late 1997/early 1998.

God.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Aw, I always love when we start talking about our roots! My first post was right before OMWF aired, and I spelled "cemetery" wrong. Nobody pointed it out, but I was horribly embarrassed. Luckily you all let me stick around anyway.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Ha! I roughly share timeline with Plei and SA and Kate P., which is of course a great honor.

Luckily you all let me stick around anyway.

Not that I was in any position to do otherwise, but I always knew you'd turn out smart, typos or not.

Now I want a picture of Kate with the caption "My roots, let me show you them."

Really? I knew that Plei and SA turned up around the same time as me, but I think I thought that you'd been around for a long time already when I came along. Funny! edit: and dude, you're right, that is *excellent* company.

Now I want a picture of Kate with the caption "My roots, let me show you them."

Ha! ...which totally reminds me that I need to redye my hair. t /natter

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Ha! I roughly share timeline with Plei and SA and Kate P., which is of course a great honor.

I delurked shortly after Plei, within a month or two. I remember the moment, too--I was in my "independent study" in my high school library and with much trepidation and lack of capital letters, I made my first post.
