Jilli, you and Pete should check out the trailer for 9 as soon as you get a chance.
Not Jilli or Pete, but I just watched this.
It... kind of looks like a video game? Admittedly, a pretty awesome video game, but I'm not really bowled over by it.
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

Yeah, I just watched it, and it looks like Little Big Planet meets The Matrix. The graphics are gorgeous, but it's not quite my thing.
It is clearly my kind of thing, however.
Why, why, why? No one needs to remake Bye Bye Birdie. FOR REAL, Hollywood-type people. Young Ann-Margaret? Janet Leigh? Dick Van Dyke? Come on, it's perfect!

I am pretty sure they also already remade it for TV.
Yep. In 1995 with Jason Alexander and Vaness Williams [link]
HOLY SHITE! *THAT* was Janet Leigh????
t is boggled
What's the story, morning glory? What's the word, hummingbird?
What's the one where Maureen O'Hara is John Wayne's ex and she sends him after his grandson who has been kidnapped? That one's fun.
"Big Jake McCanless? I heard you was dead!"
"I'm gonna shoot the next man who says that."
