Saw The Changeling and Zack and Miri make a porno last night.

Changeling is based on a really fascinating apowerful true story and yet the film is incredibly boring. Jolie rocks the cloche hats and is good, but almost all they give her to do is cry and yell. I was very disappointed.

I liked Zack and Miri. I had a good time but I don't actually think it's a good movie,if you know what I mea. I just find Smith's dialogue funny and I like Banks and Rogen. I think their actual sex scene is lovely, although the people we were with were put-off by it because Rogen is such pasty, chunky guy. I dunno, I'd do him.

Granted, I know Hec generally likes Lynch, but hates Lost Highway, which I don't get, as it was another total dream experience.

Wild At Heart is the one I think not so good. I saw Lost Highway recently, and it blew me away.

I have not seen anything by David Lynch as of yet. I have borrowed the Twin Peaks DVD set to rectify this.

To me, his appeal all hinges on his haircut. Completely lickable in Pineapple Express and Superbad, icky in this and through most of Knocked Up.

Reminds me of the outrage at one of the family dinners a few years back over Love Actually and all the nudity with the one vignette about the young body doubles. Lewis' aunt was complaining that it was all porn and blah, blah, blah and it wasn't as if it was even an attractive pair, blah, blah, blah... and protested, saying that no, that was the exact point. All of that nudity and the simulated sex, because theirs was the most innocent, touching of the love stories and as a viewer, you were really invested when they finally, oh-so-chastely kissed on their first date.

Boy, was that an uncomfortable, "Is she for real?" silence that followed.

I don't know why I find Seth Rogen so sexy, maybe it's his voice... which is a little disturbing since my boss sounds very similar.

There is one person watching High School Musical 3 at 7:45. I'm kinda curious who would come watch it alone on a Sunday night.

I did watch 1 and 2 and found them to be great fun. I liked 2 better because the setting is so much prettier and for the perfect moment during Zach Efron's soliloquy song on the golf course where he's all dressed in black and he actually picks up two handfulls of sand and lets it sift through his fingers. Priceless!

I was okay with Mulholland Drive, but I felt like it was essentially the same as Lost Highway, and I liked that more. Not because it was any saner or more accessible, but it was much creepier. I don't think anybody can give me the serious heebie-jeebies like Lynch.

You know, I saw Pineapple Express. It left me with conflicting desires to a: slap all of them, hard, except maybe the James Franco character, who wouldn't get slapped quite as hard, because he reminded me of old college buddies; b: write essays about masculinity as portrayed in the movie; and c: find where they keep the deranged threesome slash for it.

I think I hated the movie. Maybe. I'm not sure.
