See Yojimbo. And then rewatch The Wild Bunch. And repeat the whole cycle whenever needed. There's really no bad there.

If you Google "hidden fortress star wars" there's a bajillion sites out there that outline all the parallels between the two (and the debates over whether SW is an homage, a rip-off, a remake, or a combination of all three).
