There are some phenomenal fight scenes--I'm glad I saw the one as he's going up the stairs, but the plot is basically Ong Bak with an elephant instead of a statue's head, and less involving.
Speaking of cool fight scenes, I'm skeered to watch Oldboy again, but my sister bought it when she was here and was especially delighted to rewatch the hallway/hammer fight scene. One long take! Very cool.

Is my menu-derived knowledge of Asian languages completely off, or did they title a movie the equivalent of Lemongrass Soup with Shrimp?
I didn't make it all the way through, but yes, the title is soup and the movie involves food as a focus.
I guess The Protector was a more fearsome title. Was he protecting soup?
So far, High School Musical 2 is better than the first one. Not that I'm watching it.
