BTW, one of the diners at Antonia, Richard and Stephanie's restaurant said that as part of the gastro-pub concept they served a chosen beer with each course. (Somebody had remarked on Padma seeming extra slurry this week.)

I figured out what this Gold Inferno guy reminds me of. He looks like he's playing DDR. Step side, step front, jump both feet out, quarter turn, etc.
