Top Chef: Yeah, and that's true! I get beef fat for free from time to time. I used to have a butcher that held out pork trimmings for me for my suet feeder.
Also, I can't wait to get that halo halo recipe! I was telling the SO, I just make halo halo with coconut milk and sugar and that's pretty much it. Dale's looked delicious.
I should try halo halo again. The one time I had it, I was Not Prepared for corn in my dessert.

No huge surprise for Idol, tonight. Enjoyed the hell out of Neil Diamond. He's the first person I ever saw in concert. Good times, good times.
On Top Model, I'm always annoyed when I can call who's getting kicked off from the first five minutes. Lame editing, dudes!
