can anyone explain to me what's so special about Leona Lewis? she sounds like every other pop/R&B artist out there to me.

the crowd is making my eyes roll out of my head. why are they screaming every time the pyrotechnic fire starts up? is it that exciting? really?

my bb is safe. i don't care about anything else.

Does anybody participate in an Idol watch and post. I'm not near a tv and want to know what is going on!

I'm a little surprised Brooke is safe. I like her, but I felt her start/stop last night would hurt her. Guess not! Poor Syesha, though. I thought she did better than nearly anyone, but DCook. It's like folks like her just enough, and one of these times it won't be.

Only one on the hot spot right now, Bonny, and that's Syesha. We still have Jason and Carly backstage. So we're still waiting for the other one of the bottom two.

::shrugs:: Beats the heck out of me.

eta: Oh, rhetorical, right. Mmmm. I do need to get over my desire to always have an answer.

eta²: Jason's safe?!!!?

Because books.

The bottom two is really surprising. Although I can see voters not connecting with Carly's song, I guess. But Syesha did a really nice job with her choice. Way better than Jason. Jesus.

Wow.

I'm pretty sure she'll get signed anyway, though. Somewhere.
