As always in the beginning, there are too many for me to start picking favorites -- I don't know them well enough yet. Anthony annoyed me, the Kiwi guy was cute and sort of clueless, and I felt bad for both Nimma and ... Brian? Whoever didn't know what piccata was.

Well, given that the piccata guy was, like Hung last year, somebody who grew up in restaurants I thought that he should have known.

As soon as those two went for tomatoes for their chicken piccata, I knew they had no clue what their dish really was. I love a good chicken piccata, and there is no damn tomatoes in it, that's for sure!

Yep, and a cream sauce. I usually have it served with rice, not potatoes, so those two were waaay off.
And I usually think of shrimp scampi with rice, too.
yeah, the cauliflower flan thing was odd.
