It's all about choices, Faith. The ones we make, and the ones we don't. Oh, and the consequences. Those are always fun.

I find this part of Tim's interview...interesting:

“She said, ‘I never dreamed the experience of being on the show would be like this.’ We said, ‘What do you mean?’ ‘I never dreamed we’d only have a day for challenges, that we wouldn’t have any breaks.’ ‘But you said you saw the show.’ She said, ‘I assumed it was cheated.’ I said, ‘Then you only have your own delusions to blame.’

Did she really think that the time stamp in the corner of the tv screen saying "3 hours until the end of day" were lies? Yes, you only have one day most challenges to put it together--why do you think all the designers are so stressed on the show? They're not actors, they can't all pretend to be freaking out for the cameras. Jeez.

Punishingly Intricate

Then you only have your own delusions to blame.

This could be said to so many people about so many things.

Trust my rage

She said, ‘I assumed it was cheated.’

This is such an odd phrase. I keep wondering if she actually said it that way or if Tim did or what.

I'm guessing she meant that editing made it look like things were done in one day, but that she thought they actually had a few days to finish the challenge. So, "it was cheated" by TPTB on the show to look frenetic.

I love reading Tim's stuff!

AI: I can't believe it. For once, the four people that I thought had the worst performances were actually the ones eliminated! Shocking. They have a pretty good group going into the finals.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Victorya responds on Blogging Project Runway and pretty much calls Tim a glorified administrator. t gasp

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Note: she didn't provide any evidence (or even her own perspective) on the examples Tim relates about her. She just decides to hammer off and complain about Tim.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Yeah, seriously. You can't just say:

That's the only way that I can make sense of so many factual inaccuracies in what Tim has said.

And then not provide any specifics to back it up!

Art Crawl!!!

True. Plus, for her to suggest that Tim is not qualified to comment on her designs!!!

There are so many people who've been falling into some disaster that a well-timed comment from Tim has saved.

Moving onto Top Chef. Padma Lakshmi and Tom Colicchio. Padma is asked what the worst thing she's been asked to eat:

So far on my time at Top Chef, the worst thing I ate was the chocolate gnocchi with a morsel of liver in it.

(I'm still in the process of reading the chat - so don't know how spoilery it is.)

Edited to say: I've finished it and it's not at all spoilery.
