PR: WTF!!!!! Who is Ricky sleeping with? How is he still in and Kit is out?!
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Two things about Project Runway: Sweet P is totally that hamster whipping around in that one clip. Also, Christian never ceases to crack me up with his inflated self-worth, "Well, because I'm young, I don't have that much press, yet." Um, OK, noodle. You have any press at all?
Yeah, I don't get it about Ricky, either.
I'm actually outraged! Yeah, the thing Kit did wasn't good this time, but Ricky's stuff always sucks!
I need that coat.
Victorya and Jillian's rocked!
I loved both of the top two teams -- but yeah, Victorya and Jillian's rocked. It's what Michael Kors said - want to wear that outfit.
But the couture dress for Chris and Christian was just so outrageous. Both teams were excelllent in their own ways.
And I also cannot believe that Ricky lives to cry on national tv another day. I understand that Kit took the hit because she was team leader but man - it's just wrong that he's still in!
I need that coat.
I'll fight you for it :) That was a hard decision to make. I would have been happy with either winner. Both were very strong, and I loved the coat in an unhealthy way. I could rock the HELL out of that coat. I think that the ultimate decision came down to the compatibilty of the two looks. C & C's (I refuse to call them Team Fierce) two looks were extremely complementary and really fit one another, while the black dress was cute, and it matched, but didn't really evoke the avant garde look. When Micheal said of Jillian and Victorya's outfit "women want to wear those clothes", I thought HELL YEAH, I want that coat. The skirt on C&C's RTW outfit was meh, but that dress was fabulous
I'm so upset that Kit is out. I thought she had a lot of potential. I liked her a person and a designer. I thought she did a consistently good job. I would have dumped Rami's unimaginative ass. I didn't like Rami as a person. He was extra rigid, and once again, draped. Beautiful, but the same again! I mean, I like his aesthethic, but can he not drape something? The only thing he didn't drape was the candy challenge, and you can't drape plastic!
I didn't hate Christian this time around, he was still annoying, but not teeth grindingly so, just eyerollingly.
What the hell was going on with Jillian's outfit? Short shorts, leggings, and heels? UGH
Yes, that dress was just AMAZING.
Loved C&C's dress and V&J's jacket equally, so the second look was probably the dividing line for the judges, and I agree with their final decision of the winner.

This was exactly what I feared from the very first episode. I recognized his ability to drape beautifully, but I want to see something else. After all, you don't bore Nina, and he's getting frightfully close to that!
