Hey, they've been advertising an ICA battle between Batali and Jamie Oliver and it's new - I thought that Food Network was dumping Batali?

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
I thought that it was an old battle.
Batali's in the intro for the current season, but I haven't seen him battle yet. I read something a few weeks ago where he basically said that he was way too good for the Food Network, but was staying on as an Iron Chef as a HUGE FAVOR.
TAR is scheduled to start 30 minutes later than usual - I suppose that's if there aren't any football delays. (Longer with delays.)
Thanks for the heads-up, sumi! I should check to see if my Tivo knows.
IO think JAmie Oliver has a new show for Food NEtwork and tha'ts what the battle is for.
Yeah, I think there's a "sneak preview" of Jamie's new show tonight at 9
TAR: Did Don call Nick his bitch? Cause if so, that is made of awesome. Don's imaginary, almost septugenarian boyfriend status just keeps rising. And Yay, hippies! I can't believe how sad I would've been if they'd gone out. And I love the game show gods for continuing to make sure that Nate and Jen just miss out on first place. However, if all these near misses result in them winning it all in the end, I will not be happy.
TAR: Man. TK and Rachel are screwed, aren't they?
So happy when Chris and her dad beat them out for first (and that speaking Japanese actually seemed to help for once.)
They really are backloading the non-elims this time around. Not sure how I feel about that.
