"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Iman is so totally severe. Have either of you gotten to the ep where she cuts down one of the judges? Damn. I replayed her comment like 4 times because I couldn't believe it.

I'm really mainlining PR Canada I'm watching Episode 6 judging and I just got to where Iman goes after MG for using "Guth" as a trashy look and telling her it looked Goth lite. Which is true. YAY Iman for standing up for Goth.

One more thing about the episode I can't believe Megan made it through AGAIN! I swear she's like Vincent, sticking around longer than she has the right to.

askye, you should be at the ep soon (or already saw it). I think it might be in ep 6 where Iman goes after the male judge and takes him to task for having no taste! It was so blunt and surprising. He liked an outfit that Iman did not like at all.

Okay I saw that and another time when Iman was free with her dissenting opinion, which is nice.

I'm now on Episode 8 and omigod, I liked Biddel until this episode and now he's just getting on my nerves. Plus I'm worried that the plus sized models (who really aren't that big) are going to look bad in some of those suits. I feel bad for MG's model and the way she was parading around with her bra on her head.

Art Crawl!!!

Damn. My dial-up is so slow that it takes me hours just to see two minutes of PR:Canada.

askye, oh the horrors of ep 8. the plus sized models ended up looking kind of bad in most of the suits, I think.

ln - yeah. Although out of all of them I liked MG's punk rock look and Lucian's gypsy bikini. But the poor model wearing the 20's inspired suit, it was all of the things you shouldn't do. I liked Brian shutting down some of the negative attitudes the designers were having about the models. I dind't like him at first, but I like him now. He has a more approachable personality than Tim does. Which is fine. Right now I'm watching Ep 9 and waiting to get to the runway to see what Biddel puts out and what Iman's reaction is if he actually does that weird hood thing.

you will LOVE the most recent ep. Please comment on it when you get to it. I think Tim Gunn's replacement (should he ever leave PR) is pretty clear after that ep.

I'm all up to date on PRC Spoilers

I can't believe they liked Biddel's hoody thing. It looked like it came off of someone's couch in the 70s! the construction of his dress was okay, except the fan details at each hip. It made her look wider. I thought Lucien was going to sell his dress as something a woman could have as an elegant cover up over a bikini or one piece since it showed so much skin. What's her name that was eliminated, I don't think she realized that her model's outfit was the bigger issue -- the weird pleating on one pant leg. Plus the top, silhouette reminded me of something Bea Arthur would wear on Golden Girls -- a top, with a big sweater, with a loose jacket. Nick did do a good job of acting as a mentor.
