I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

(though again, why the hand holding and skipping - why so touchy, siblings?)

Yeah, it's a little too Flowers in the Attic for me. It stops me from enjoying them as a team.

Dear Who's Your Daddy: SHUT. UP. No love, Nora.

I postulated that the hippies got high in Amsterdam, thus explaining their puzzling behavior in the Hoist and driving right past Phil and the pit stop (nice camera work and editing there!)

I didn't get this vibe from them at all but maybe that's because I didn't see the first episode?

hee! I bet you're right!

Tonight = Project Runway!!! Yay!!!!!

Art Crawl!!!

I think that you are so right about the hippies and Amsterdam. I knew that was why they were so excited to be going there.

And yeah, I think that the Flowers in the Attic Vibe was particularly apparent in the first episode.

I know I'm not being completely fair to them, but I do get a little creeped out by them. It's not a rational feeling, it's visceral.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It doesn't really ping me that way, FWIW.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I totally get a Flowers in the Attic vibe from the siblings. Their ep. 1 intro when they were falling all over each other. When they arrived at LAX and where all smoochy at the check-in counter. Checking in with Phil at the end of the first leg was just uncomfortable. They're not quite Blake and Paige, but they're definitely a little too close for comfort.

Those hippies weren't the only ones who motored right past the drop off point. What has gramps been into? Maybe that's why he stripped down at the ditch detour.

ION, PR tonight. Wooo! Tim, and Heidi, and Nina and Michael Kors. Right on.

I was so excited for PR that I convinced myself it was last night. I was very sad at 10:01 when I realized it was only Tuesday.

ha! Me too! I got home from practice at about 10:30 and checked my dvr list to see if it recorded while thinking "should I really stay up and watch it tonight? No...but it's PR!! so, yes!!! oh...that's tomorrow night."

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I get a twin vibe from them (as opposed to a twincest vibe) but YMMV. I can see where the squick comes from even if I'm not pinged by it personally.

PR tonight = WHEEE!!!

I'm hoping that it fades over time because they seem like nice folks and decent racers. (although, whyyyyyyy did they do the Hunt option???)
