Historically, there are two things on Survivor that are ALWAYS bad strategy ideas -- throwing challenges, and being brazenly overconfident about your strategy at TC. And right now, PG and Erin are doing both. May their asses be bitten for it.

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Oh, yeah. Just reading the recap description of the behavior both during and after the challenge throwing had me wanting to smack someone. I am hoping for a spectacular karma beatdown soon. I already couldn't stand Peih Gee, and for the life of me I still can't remember the other one. I have to agree with Miss Ali over on TWOP. Several episodes into this season I still feel like I don't really know any of these people. And most of the ones that I do know are obnoxious.
I'll give a little slack to PG and her minion because their tomfoolery kept Frosti around for another week and James, Frosti and Denise are the only ones keeping me even remotely interested in this season of Survivor.
OMG, Rich's video-in-lieu-of-recap for last week's ANTM might be the funniest thing I've seen all year.
ha! my bff was just telling me about this at dinner. She was hoping he'd recap the rest of the season like that!
I've seriously been singing "Saleisha" like "Aiesha" in my head all week.
No "Next Iron Chef" discussion? I'm shocked.
That being said, Ruhlman's blog has some interesting insight into how things went down.
Yeah, clearly cooking for a tv contest does not resemble cooking for a restaurant very much.
It's a shame that Kayson's dish got ruined before it got to judges' table.
No "Next Iron Chef" discussion? I'm shocked.
Didn't watch it in real time, so I haven't caught up on it yet. Hopefully tonight.
I'm two episodes behind on the Next Iron Chef.
Oh, by the way, is anyone watching America's Next Great Band or whatever it is? 'Cause it's great, where it isn't freaking hilarious. Don't think much of the Simon stand-in, but it's cheesy fun, with added stressful band dynamics!
I'm two episodes behind on the Next Iron Chef.
It really is the best of the "Competitive Cooking" genre. Kicks regular "Iron Chef America's" ass, and even edges out "Top Chef."
Although I fear Aaron Sanchez' comment that “The women are gone. Next they’ll be going after the brown people” may not be completely hyperbole.
