I also like that there are team group numbers, as far as the Stage vs Street format goes. As much as I love seeing someone master something they haven't done before, I prefer the group dancing-in-their-comfort-zone to solos, I think, at least when we're talking about this many dancers.
And that ghost light number was wonderful.
SYTYCD Top 14: totally dug the opening number.
Mmm, Jim and Yorelis dancing Sonya, so good.
I
t heart
Megz. She is a delight.
Aw, I'm bummed to lose Yorelis and Ariana but I don't know who I'd rather see leave from Team Street so I guess I can't really complain. Don't care so much about the stage girls.
At least Ariana got to wear some spooky makeup onstage.
Yeah, I think the main thing I enjoyed this season was breaking out of the "must be boy girl pairs dancing" and having more trios/groups and/ or same sex pairings.
Yes, that has been excellent!
SYTYCD Top 10
I like the opening number, although the makeup and costumes are...troubling. lots of injuries this season, eh?
Really enjoyed Virgil's solo and Hailee and Brandon's number.
Also, I kinda love Paula's wacky necklace. It's just wacky enough for my taste.
