The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Dear PR contestants (or really, not so dear), if one of the judges tells you she sees a bitch fest going on, it might just be time to examine your behavior.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I haven't seen PR yet, I hope that all goes the way I hope it might.

Catching a minute or two of Master Chef here and there randomly is kind of making me want to watch the whole series.

Except for the team challenges, I really love MasterChef.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

The Great British Baking Show starts again in the US this Sunday.

Because books.

I didn't watch Masterchef this season. I'm bummed Joe left.

Is the Great British Baking Show on PBS?

I miss Joe, but Christina Tosi wasn't bad. And considering how every pressure test seems to involve baking (seriously, enough already), it was at least nice to have a judge with expertise in that.

The contestants were very strong this season.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

The Great British Baking Show starts again in the US this Sunday.

Dammit, I deleted the recording because I thought it was one of the endless repeats of last season's finale. Now I'll need to catch a repeat of the premiere.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The baking show is so stressful! These poor noodles.
