Because books.

Project Runway: I've never had less respect for anyone on this show than Korina.

Amanda and Kini's collection was so great!

Yup. That soccer dress was gorgeous. And the "AmanKini" portmanteau cracked me up.

I can't even with Korina. And next week looks cringey.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

My mom is all the way in love with Pharrell and I concur. He's great on this show and I really think he's going to be a good coach. Gwen was making the X-tina mistake of making it all about her in the beginning (Did you know I was in a band? I started when I was 17. Can I get up and sing with you? Here take my t-shirt that has my name on it and is all about me) but she's getting better quickly. I haven't been overly impressed with a lot of the talent, but I'm liking both of the new judges. I would like a panel with both Pharrell and Usher. That would be fun!

Because books.

Next week looks awful, -t. Who will end up as Char's helper, I wonder?

Korina is the epitome of a spoiled brat. "I think I'm the best, so clearly I should win. Even though this panel of fashion experts and veterans disagrees, because *I* think they're wrong." Blech.

Thrive to spite them

I haven't watched much of PR this season, I didn't like Korina's reaction. I kind of liked some of the looks and Shar (Char?) doesnt' know how to ew so that's an issue.

But stuff like that goes down all the time and I really thought Korina was just going to walk out at some point.

I thought Korina and Emily's clothes were better constructed but I'm not a judge.

Plus I thought they were going to eliminate both of them, I would have.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

TAR -- loved the Seargeant Major (or whatever his rank was) and his reactions to the teams' attempts. At one point we ran the TiVo back so that we could really appreciate his mini-rant "if you continue to ignore my Yoda-like advice..."

It was obvious that some teams were more punting-challenged than others. I'm guessing that it was partially upper-body strength (the firefighters seemed to be lapping the other teams, and the UberDentists did it twice and still finished second) but I also wonder how much prior boat-handling experience was helpful.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I also wonder how much prior boat-handling experience was helpful.

Yeah, I think if you're not used to handling currents that would have been incredibly difficult.

I thought Korina and Emily's clothes were better constructed but I'm not a judge.

I liked Korina/Emily's clothes better on the runway, but as soon as all three models were standing next to each other it was so obviously a hot mess. Still, I thought Char would go home for boring & bad construction. I didn't think it was close enough for a sew-off.

Because books.

My favorite part was Heidi and Sean making faces at each other while Korina was ranting.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Korina is a piece of work. I do think Char should have gone home, but now I'm glad she won the sew-off. The Sean probably had something to do with that.

Sean had a lot to do with it, but Char did have the sense to pick good fabric for an hour challenge. Korina's often gone wrong at choosing fabric - she probably shouldn't have been the one to go to Mood for her team, really.
