But it had a happy ending! And a super cute guest chef. And people stepping up! And non-English speaking chefs thowing themselves into Ramsay's arms! Repeatedly!

I don't know that I can make it to that part! (Without knowing that that's how it will end, I mean. What if Ramsay fails and the restaurant closes and people's Dreams Die?! too much)

What was the really gross thing?! ETA ah, the usual for a gross restaurant thing

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You guys would make a very beautiful couple!!!

Aw, that's the nicest thing anyone's said to me all day!

My group watching ANTM were kind of shocked that Mila was sent home. We were sure Tyra was going to keep her on until she had made her cry!

Seriously. That girl was fucked up on the inside. No one's that happy for reals.

Art Crawl!!!

Daniel Boulud making that sea bass dish from last week's Quick Fire.

It may take you to the first video on the list -- if so, click on Sea Bass to get the correct demo.

Plus, a little wall eyed!

Aw, that's the nicest thing anyone's said to me all day!

It's true, too! I can totally picture you guys together!

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

On ANTM, I thought Mila looked like a bobblehead ... and about as bright. Obviously, Ebony's going to be the season's bitch (obligatory).

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Watching the reactions to Hung's (very obvious) BS at the judges' table is really funny.

You know, I kind of believe him, but I think that he does not know how to express himself in a genuine way. He's so manic at times. I felt for him a little when the guest chef was at his station. He was clearly nervous and overwhelmed, and is his usual arrogance didn't come through.

It's not like he doesn't have feelings at all! And the other chefs do seem to like him. But at this point he's saying what he thinks the judges want to hear and even if it is sincere it doesn't come off like it is.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

ETA ah, the usual for a gross restaurant thing

Yeah, it wasn't the individual things that made it so gross, it was the overwhelming abundance of gross. Although the spoiled food was WAY beyond the pale of anything I've ever seen go down in a kitchen.
