she is so much more compelling to watch than back in auditions and Vegas. Wonderful.
You know, I think she has a lot more confidence and that is the difference. Dancing with confidence is like night and day for a dancer.

I'm sure he benefited from being a known quality.
No doubt. I would've sent home the other guy that was in the bottom that didn't go home, personally. He has yet to show me anything interesting. Adolfo is at least cute hiding behind his hat when the judges are doing their close inspection of a makeup he knows isn't good - and he knows it isn't good, which is a plus!
That'd be my guess, too, le nubian. It's a harder growth to point to than an untrained (or "untrained") dancer getting better technically, but so very cool.
OMG Tim Gunn in shorts! My mind is blown.
At least he isn't in flip flops again, that was disturbing.
IDK, some of those looks were pretty cute, but nothing that I'd be surprised to find on a sale table at Sports Authority. I like the colors Heidi has in her line, I guess.
Even at the AIDS walk, Tim Gunn wore khakis!
TLo has pictures of the finale shows. [link]
That's just one of 3 links where they show collections. I want to point out that I thought Justin's designs have been nothing to write home about all season, but his finale collection was a pleasant surprise. I'm not saying I *love* it, but it is better than I thought he would do and better than some finale collections in the history of PR. It's a bit boring but damn. He is more talented than he has shown on the show.
He must be the sort who really doesn't do well in the time pressures but does better with more time.
I think I remember one of his designs being my favorite in an early runway, maybe the first one?
Supermarket Superstar: OMG that fried chicken and gravy wrapped in buttermilk biscuit bao sounds SO GOOD. And I would want it with cream instead of milk, too. But my tastes don't line up with a significant market segment, alas.
ETA: but it won! Awesome.
So I'm watching all the Supermarket Superstars, and am laughing at the guy not seeing "Jamaica" on the woman's label with the red, yellow, and green peppers, the brand name "Stir It Up" and the Scotch Bonnet peppers. The cook is like, "Where do you NOT see Jamaica???????"
