Heidi judges everything based on whether she wants to wear it.
I am annoyed to no end that she does this, especially because her taste runs to short, tight and shiny 99.9% of the time.
I really appreciate that Nina looks at the clothes from the POV of an editor of a fashion magazine. And I do think it's super interesting to see what she raves about now as the editor of Marie Claire vs. what she used to rave about when she worked at Elle. I think she used to appreciate much edgier, more editorial looks when she was at Elle (more high fashion) than she does now. Marie Claire is still fashion, but it's not Vogue, no?
I've never actually read either magazine, unless I flipped through them in a waiting room somewhere. Nina just seems lazor-focused on what will photograph well and what will sell. Which is her job, so that's good, I guess!
Jesse,
this is for you. "Blurred Lines" (Fallon Show w/kids instruments)
I don't even need the link! I always love it when they do that.
I need the link!
Or I could just Goggle, but that is less lazy
omg. I'm a jerk. I thought I cut & pasted it.

I love that soooo much. I always think I don't like Jimmy Fallon because the only thing of his I've ever really seen is that horrible movie he did with Queen Latifah and his show comes on way past my bedtime but then I see clips from his show and I adore all of them which makes me think that I probably actually do like him and maybe that horrible Queen Latifah movie was the anomaly and normally he's awesome.
Also, Robin Thicke has been everywhere today. I was randomly in front of my TV this morning at 10:00 and he was co-hosting The View. What? So weird.
I think Jimmy Fallon has gotten less douchey as he's grown up, too. He's so nice and happy on his show!
I just wrote a long post about how much I used to think Jimmy Fallon was an untalented asshole, and now I LOVE him. Comedy sketches without music are not really his thing, but he is great as a host and is an amazing singing mimic. Also, I kinda want Justin Timberlake/Jimmy Fallon fanfic.... They are adorable together!
