Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I just love the judging! "Very age-appropriate -- He doesn't look like too much of a baby -- I mean, he's 14 months!"

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I"m only a little ways into PR, but I wanted to post real quick that I have grown to love Elena largely because of her casual cursing. She's all the time getting bleeped, it's great.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm not very far in either, but I kind of loved their reactions to the babies, both real and fake

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

"Here's my baby; her name is ASSHOLE" totally cracked me up, not least because I know so many actual parents who have at times been driven to say very similar things about their own actual babies (self included).

The critiques of her toddler outfit also kind of cracked me up, just because every single actual toddler I know, given the freedom to pick out her own outfit, would have happily pounced on every single thing Elena made and then insisted on wearing them all at once, probably with a few more items for good measure. Granted, it all frequently gives grown-ups tension headaches from the clashing visuals, but "sample sale" and "shops at Goodwill" are actually perfectly cromulent descriptors of the fashion aesthetic of most toddlers.

Now I sort of wish they'd had an actual toddler guest-judging.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I wanted to say something when I saw your post but I didn't want to spoil that for you.

I thank you for your restraint, because that was an awesome moment for me.

I couldn't really see what was wrong with Elena's toddler outfit, but I am right this moment wearing a lavender overalls over a pink tank top - not outside clothes, but still - so clearly I own my questionable taste levels. A toddler judge would have really changed the game!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Is anyone else as excited as I am about the Beekman boys on TAR? I didn't watch their show, but their book was completely adorable.

Who are they? I missed the first part of the show so didn't see the intros.
