You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Survivor starts tonight!

What's your blog address, megan? I know I have read it before but don't have it bookmarked.

I was trying to find a blank cd the other night to burn for my roommate and discovered I have tons of SYTYCD in DVD from past seasons when I had no HD but did have a DVD burning TiVo.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

I blog at slywit.wordpress.com, but here is a link to just the SYTYCD posts. Although it's worth checking out my latest opera post if only for the clip of Rita Hayworth singing "Put the Blame on Mame."

A couple of freelance projects are coming to a head, but I'll get the final awards post up at the latest on Saturday.

Still trying to decide whether I'll be writing up The Voice and/or X-Factor. I try to keep a balance with books vs. music/dance, so with opera season starting, reality tv may have to take a breather.

information libertarian

I was thinking back off the top of my head for dances that were memorably good this season on SYTYCD and all I came up with was Eliana and Alex "Bang Bang" and the Witney and Twitch hip-hop number. On review, there was some other good stuff, but those are the only two I thought of without looking, which made me sad.

Because books.

I really liked The Love Cats routine.

Yeah, definitely didn't live up to the promise of the first episode--and notice that 4 of last night's "best of" dances came from that one episode (Turning Page, Lovecats, Unchained Melody, and Unstoppable).

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm so annoyed that the Big Brother finale runs until 11. I might quit watching and ff in the morning, because really I just care who wins.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Dang.

Survivor: So funny to see the jackass outsmart himself so fast. You are not the new Russell, tool. [Please let there never be a new Russell.]

Plus all the stunt casting looks to be done with pretty soon.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm sorry Jesse, but that ending made me happy. Go NERDBOY
