Exactly. Who would want to work with someone so rigid and unwilling to expand his repetoire? In the beginning, you have to do what you're told and he is clearly incapable of that.

So in my quest for guilty pleasure tv today I found Bar Rescue on Hulu. It's Spike show like a cross between Hell's Kitchen and Tabitha Takes Over but with bars.
So far I'm on the second episode, which is more Hell's Kitchen with a dirty kitchen and safety violations. No swearing though, or at least a lot less.
